A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your holiday, payable by bank transfer to Lloyds TSB account number 01644520, sort number 30-98-98. Alternatively, if you wish to pay by cheque, please make cheques payable to either J WILSON or FARMER JAMES. Before sending any monies, please telephone to confirm cottage availability and secure your reservation.On receipt of your deposit we will write to confirm your reservation. The final balance of payment for your holiday by bank transfer will be due on the Friday prior to your arrival. Alternatively we welcome cash on arrival or payment by cheque payable to either J WILSON or FARMER JAMES. Bookings from mid May to mid September are Saturday to Saturday only.Cottages are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure please.We supply all linen except towels although these are available by prior request.All electricity is included in the tariff, which also includes oil fired central heating between October and May.Well behaved pets are accepted by prior arrangement. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the cottage during the day and must be on a lead at all times when leaving the cottage. We would appreciate owners picking after their dogs.Whilst every effort is taken to ensure your safety on the farm, we cannot accept liability for injury or loss sustained by any person or for the loss or damage to any property brought on to the premises. Young children must be supervised at all times.In the event of cancellation you will be liable to pay the balance of the total amount due, if it is not possible to re-let. It is therefore a condition of booking that you take out holiday cancellation insurance for holidays taken in the UK to cover this eventuality.
